Assessment content
A recorded video AI interview of about 15 minutes, usually in English, with a warm-up question then role-specific questions about your skills; some roles add a written or task-based qualification exam after you pass.

Preparing for the assessment
- Use a desktop computer in a quiet place with a stable connection, use headphones, check your camera and microphone, review the role description first, and give concrete examples from your own experience. (docs.sme.careers)

- Grading usually takes 1 to 2 business days and you are notified of the result; after passing, the team reviews your profile and CV, may invite you to a short call, and invites you to onboard if screening succeeds, with no fixed timeline. (docs.sme.careers)
