Benefits of listing

People looking for AI training work compare platforms before they apply: what each pays, where it hires, and what it asks for. Each role gets its own page, found by people searching for that kind of work.

Found by field, country and languageYour roles appear on our 15 field pages, 47 country pages and 58 language pages, and in search by pay, qualification and commitment.
A page for every rolePay, who can apply, hours, languages and screening steps in clear English, with schema.org job-posting markup so search engines can show the role.
A profile for your platformYour own page with your open roles, pay by field, how you hire and how you pay, sourced from your own pages, plus comparisons with other platforms.
Weekly alerts and AI assistantsNew roles go out in our weekly job-alert email, and in a free search API and MCP server that AI assistants can use.

Candidates apply on your site. We never take applications; every role links to your own posting.

How listing works

  1. Send us your rolesEmail the address of your public job board, sitemap or feed. The email below has a template.
  2. We check itWe confirm we can read it without logging in and within your site's terms, and look at a sample of roles.
  3. We list itWe aim to do this within a few days. Your platform page and its roles go live, and your roles join the lists and the sitemap.
  4. It stays currentWe re-read your board every hour. New roles appear, and closed ones come off within the hour.

Supported formats

You don't need to build anything if your roles are already on a public job board. In order of how little work it takes:

Nothing to buildA public job boardOn a common hiring system: Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby, Workable, SmartRecruiters, Recruitee, BambooHR, Rippling or similar. We read its public API.
Small changeA sitemap with job pagesOne page per role, each with JobPosting structured data (schema.org), listed in your sitemap.
Most controlA feed we can fetchA public JSON, XML or RSS feed in the shape below. We fetch it hourly with an identified request.

One entry per open role. These fields make the page accurate; send what you have, and leave a field out rather than guessing it.

  • A stable id for each role, so we can tell a changed role from a new one.
  • The apply address on your own site.
  • Countries as two-letter codes, or "worldwide" if it is open everywhere.
  • Pay as an amount, currency and unit (hour, month, year, task). If pay is set per project, say so.

Our listing standards

A listing must meet the following standards:

  • Real, open, paid work. Each role is a specific opening or a clearly labelled community you can join, with pay for the work.
  • No fees for applicants. No registration fees, paid courses or deposits to start working.
  • Accurate pay and eligibility. The pay and the countries we show come from your posting. A posting that misstates either can be removed.
  • Readable in the open. Publicly reachable, without a login, and without getting around bot checks.
  • Clear labelling. Always-open talent pools and paid research studies are labelled as such and kept apart from specific roles.

We may decline or remove a listing that doesn't meet them, and we'll tell you why.

How we treat your roles

  • No paid placements. Where a role ranks depends on its pay and how recently it was posted, never on payment from a platform.
  • Pay statistics are even-handed. Each distinct posting counts once, "up to" ceilings and paid studies are left out, and a platform needs enough rated postings before it gets a median.
  • Facts come from you. Who runs your platform, how you pay and how you screen applicants are taken from your own pages, each with a link to the source and the date we checked.
  • Referral links are disclosed. If you run a referral programme and we use it, a clear disclosure sits beside the link and a direct link is always offered. It never changes rankings or pay figures. See the referral disclosure.
  • Corrections are quick. Tell us what is wrong and we'll fix it. How we compile the data.

List your roles: common questions

Is it free to list our roles?

Yes. Listing is free and we don't sell placements. We don't accept payment to list a role, move it up the list or change a pay figure. The site is paid for by referral links where a platform runs a referral programme, which we disclose and which never changes rankings or pay statistics.

How long does it take?

If your roles are on a public job board we can read without logging in, we aim to review it within a few days of you sending us the address. Once it's added, new and closed roles show up within the hour.

Do you take applications?

No. Every role links to your own posting or application page, where candidates apply. We never collect applications, CVs or candidate data on your behalf.

Do we have to give you exclusive access?

No. We read your public roles; nothing about your own hiring changes.

Our roles are only visible after sign-up. Can you list them?

Not unless there is a public page or feed for them. We don't log in, and we don't get around bot checks or access controls. If you can publish a public job board, a sitemap with job pages, or a feed, we can read that.

Which roles do you list?

Paid work that trains, evaluates or supports AI systems: AI tutors and trainers, evaluators and raters, annotators, domain-expert reviewers, red-teamers, and voice, audio and video data contributors. Staff jobs at AI companies are out of scope unless the role itself is AI training work. Paid research studies are listed separately.

How do you show pay?

As your posting states it, converted to US dollars per hour for comparison, with the original shown too. "Up to" ceilings are labelled as ceilings and left out of medians and rankings.

Can we correct or remove a listing?

Yes. Email us with the page address and what is wrong. We correct verified errors as soon as we see them, and remove a role if you ask. A role also disappears by itself within the hour when it comes off your board.

We run a referral or partner programme. How does that work?

If you have one, tell us. We may use it for our apply and join links, with a clear disclosure beside the link and a direct link next to it. It never changes where your roles rank or what pay statistics say.

How do we contact you?

Email [email protected]. The "Tell us" link on every job page also reaches us.
