Assessment content
Assessments are tailored to each project and can be multiple-choice knowledge tests (common for STEM), technical assessments such as a coding test on HackerRank, or interviews.

Preparing for the assessment
- Mindrift says the best preparation is a refresher on your area of expertise, and that reviewing core concepts helps especially with multiple-choice tests. (mindrift.ai)
- AI tools: AI tools are strictly prohibited during testing; using unauthorised tools, copying answers or switching tabs during a proctored test results in a failed attempt. (mindrift.ai)

- Contributors are always told whether they passed or failed, usually within two business days, but get no individual feedback. Mindrift names insufficient domain knowledge and attempts to game the test as the main reasons for failing. (mindrift.ai)
