Assessment content
Assessments are tailored to each project and can be multiple-choice knowledge tests (common for STEM), technical assessments such as a coding test on HackerRank, or interviews.

Preparing for the assessment

- Contributors are always told whether they passed or failed, usually within two business days, but get no individual feedback. Mindrift names insufficient domain knowledge and attempts to game the test as the main reasons for failing. (mindrift.ai)

Must be 18 or the local age of majority. Not available in sanctioned jurisdictions (including Russia, Belarus, Iran, China incl. Hong Kong and Macau) or some unsupported territories; individual projects may require a specific residence, citizenship or work authorisation.
