WHAT WE'RE RESEARCHING
We're running a paid study on the integration and impact of artificial intelligence in healthcare billing and clinical workflows. As healthcare systems adopt new technologies, understanding the practical challenges of evaluating and deploying these models is critical. This research maps out how revenue cycle management processes are evolving with AI support.
HOW IT WORKS
You will participate in a remote voice or video call to walk us through your current workflows. We will ask you to detail how your team evaluates new AI tools, implements them into existing clinical or billing systems, and measures their success. You will react to specific use cases and share the operational hurdles you face during integration. The conversation flows as a structured interview focused on your day-to-day administrative and technical challenges.
WHO THIS IS FOR
We welcome revenue cycle management directors, healthcare billing managers, and clinical operations leaders. The ideal candidate has direct experience utilizing or evaluating AI models within a healthcare setting. We also welcome health informatics specialists and technical leads who oversee clinical workflow integrations.
