Job match: common questions

How does the job match work?

Your answers are checked against every open role we list. Roles that are not open where you live, or that need a language, degree or licence you did not pick, are left out. The rest get a match score for your field, the kind of work, pay, hours and experience, and the best matches come first.

What do the signal bars mean?

Four bars is a strong match for your answers, three a good one, two a fair one and one a weak one. A match means the role fits what you told us; the platform still decides who it takes on.

Are my answers saved?

They are kept in the page address only, so you can bookmark or share your results. Nothing is sent to us.

How is this different from the platform finder?

This page shows single roles, best match first. The platform finder groups the roles by platform, to show which platforms to join.
