Sales Operations Analyst - AI Safety Benchmark

Sepal AI is building benchmark tasks that evaluate how AI systems operate in high-stakes revenue operations environments. We’re hiring experienced Sales Operations Analysts to simulate dashboards, forecasts, and pipeline reviews.

🧠 What You'll Do

• Build Excel models for pipeline health, bookings forecasts, and quota tracking.
• Simulate sales dashboards, comp plan logic, territory planning, and funnel conversion summaries.
• Create PowerPoint decks like QBRs or sales performance reviews.
• Flag places where AI models may incorrectly interpret sales KPIs or miscalculate incentive logic.

✅ Requirements

• 2–5 years in sales or revenue operations.
• Strong Excel modeling (e.g., forecasting, ramp modeling, comp calcs).
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or RevOps tools like Clari, Outreach, or Gong.
