Rust Engineer

Alignerr

$60–90/hr United States Flexible hours 10–40 h/week Senior

Rust engineers evaluate AI-written Rust for correctness and performance, and build tooling for large-scale data validation. It suits senior developers who write production Rust and explain low-level concepts clearly.

Rust Engineer (AI Training)
About the Role
What if your deep expertise in Rust could directly shape how AI writes and reasons about systems-level code? We're looking for experienced Rust engineers to review, evaluate, and improve AI-generated Rust code — helping ensure the next generation of AI understands memory safety, concurrency, and performance at an expert level.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for senior Rust developers who want meaningful, intellectually engaging work on their own schedule.
