Assessment content
You choose a track at sign-up and take its Starter Assessment; most take about an hour, and specialised ones (coding, maths, sciences, finance, law, medicine, languages) take 1 to 2 hours.

Preparing for the assessment
- Submissions are reviewed for thoroughness and accuracy rather than speed; read the instructions carefully and review your answers before submitting. (dataannotation.tech)

- You are emailed within a few days of submitting whether you are approved. If you haven't heard back, your application is likely still under review or hasn't been accepted. (dataannotation.tech)

Checks before paid work
- ID check: Physical, unexpired government-issued photo ID (front and back) plus a selfie, verified through Persona
- Confidentiality: Project data and work product must be kept in strict confidence under the Terms of Use
- Minimum hours: No minimum hours or daily login requirements
