About This Opportunity
We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced heads of operations who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreadsheet, and slide deck tasks.
We're looking for heads of operations with 4+ years in operations management, capacity planning, or continuous process improvement to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks across core workflows: capacity planning models, standard operating procedure playbooks, workflow process maps, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, process improvement business cases, and operational readiness checklists.
Compensation:
$70/hour
Commitment:
Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)
Location:
Fully remote, work on your own schedule
Start date:
ASAP
Qualifications
Proven track record managing capacity planning models, inventory forecasting spreadsheets, or workflow process maps in a fast-paced operations environment
Experience authoring standard operating procedure playbooks and process improvement business cases that measurably reduced cost or cycle time
Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail
