micro1 is engaging Korean Bilingual Experts to contribute to a high-impact project for a valued customer. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Scope of Work

• Listen to audio clips in Korean and evaluate the nativeness and fluency of the speaker or model output.

• Assess pronunciation, intonation, and linguistic authenticity according to established guidelines.

• Document your assessments with clear, concise written feedback in English, noting key linguistic factors.

• Provide detailed justifications for each evaluation to ensure clarity and consistency in results.

• Collaborate with project coordinators to clarify requirements or address ambiguities in language content.

• Contribute insights to help improve AI model performance in Korean language understanding and generation.

• Ensure timely and accurate completion of assigned audio review tasks, maintaining high standards of quality.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional fluency in Korean and English, with demonstrated ability in both written and verbal communication.

• Proficiency in Korean, with experience navigating multilingual contexts.

• Background in translation, linguistic quality evaluation, or language instruction.

• Strong attention to detail, especially in identifying linguistic subtleties and cultural context.

• Prior participation in projects related to AI, data annotation, or content localization is advantageous.

• Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and deliver consistent, high-quality results in a remote engagement.

• Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills, with a passion for language and technology.
