<p>This is a remote, project-based role for CAD professionals with hands-on experience in 3D modeling and technical drafting. You will complete a variety of modeling, drafting, and design-review tasks, assigned on a project-by-project basis.</p>
<p>Work is asynchronous and flexible, with an expected commitment of 10-20 hours per week for the projects you accept. Specific project details are shared with accepted experts.</p>

Responsibilities:
- Complete a variety of CAD modeling and design tasks on a project-by-project basis
- Produce models and drawings to professional standards
- Review and evaluate existing designs for quality and completeness
- Document your work clearly and reproducibly
Required qualifications:
- Professional experience in CAD design, drafting, or mechanical/product design
- Strong proficiency in at least one major CAD platform (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, CATIA, NX, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated ability to produce clean, well-structured models and drawings to professional standards
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently on technical tasks
