Ethos is booking paid expert calls with people who sell open-weight AI models to enterprise customers. On an expert call, an investor or consultancy pays for an hour of your time to hear how enterprise buying of open-weight models works in practice.
This is not AI training work. There is no project and no weekly hours: you take the calls that fit your schedule and get paid for each one.
Location: Fully remote
Qualifications:
Current or recent enterprise sales role selling open-weight AI models or the platforms built on them
Direct experience with enterprise buyers, deal cycles, and procurement
Comfortable speaking about the market without breaching employer confidentiality
