Evaluates AI-written English lessons and learner feedback for whether they teach in a structured, encouraging way. Suits native English speakers with a formal teaching qualification who can grade instructional quality.
About the role
Ethos's English Language Tutor opening pays $50/hour and wants native or near-native English proficiency plus a formal teaching credential like TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA, beyond fluency alone. The work is evaluating AI-generated English-language instruction and feedback for whether it teaches the way an experienced tutor would, structured and constructive rather than merely grammatically correct. It's remote and flexible, and one of the language-track roles Ethos fills through referral.
