Assessment content

Screening for each opportunity is one or more of: a form of questions shown one at a time, an AI voice interview of about 3 minutes, or a file upload.

Preparing for the assessment

  • Answer truthfully and consistently with your profile; for AI interviews keep your camera on, stay in the interview window, answer in your own words with real examples, and say 'let me think' if you need a moment. (terac.com)
  • AI tools: Giving knowingly false, scripted or AI-generated responses in interviews or surveys can lead to account action, including a ban. (terac.com)

Resultados y repeticiones

  • Terac emails you when there is a decision. Being screened out means you didn't match what the study needed, the group was already full, or your answers were declined in review; the screen doesn't say which requirement decided it. (terac.com)
  • Retakes: Each opportunity takes one attempt; you can redo a step only if something technical went wrong, such as an AI interview that dropped or ended early. (terac.com)

Screening in open postings

  • 26% of Terac's open roles (9) mention a paid assessment
  • 3% of Terac's open roles (1) mention an AI interview

From the postings' own text; a posting that doesn't mention a step may still use it.
