Sobre la vacante
Ethos pays $100/hour for this Technical Lead / Senior Contract Engineer opening and wants 7+ years of software engineering experience including real team leadership, beyond individual contribution alone. The evaluation work is judging AI-generated technical documentation and architecture decisions for clarity and correctness, the same review a tech lead runs on a design doc before it ships. It's remote and flexible, filled through referral.
