About the Role

We're looking for Physics Experts to challenge, evaluate, and improve the world's most advanced AI models — ensuring they can think rigorously through mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and beyond.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for physicists. No AI background needed — just a strong command of physics and the ability to think clearly and precisely.

• Design challenging, advanced physics problems spanning mechanics, electromagnetism, thermodynamics, and related domains

• Develop rigorous, step-by-step solutions that demonstrate clear, logical reasoning

• Evaluate AI-generated responses for scientific accuracy, problem-solving quality, and depth of reasoning

• Identify gaps, errors, and weaknesses in how AI models approach complex physics topics

• Collaborate with researchers to build and refine benchmarks across undergraduate to PhD-level physics

• Pursuing or holding a PhD in Physics, Applied Physics, or a closely related field

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills across advanced physics domains

• Able to communicate complex concepts clearly and precisely in writing

• Self-motivated and reliable when working independently
