Engineers receive an image or visual reference, recreate it using code, render the result, compare it to the original, and iterate until the implementation closely matches the source.
Ideal candidates

Not a strong fit
Backend-only, DevOps, infrastructure, or primarily systems-focused engineers without significant visual or UI implementation experience.
