We're looking for experienced Hospital Health Data Governance Leads to bring real-world clinical data expertise to cutting-edge AI development. You'll help ensure that AI systems built for healthcare contexts reflect the accuracy, compliance standards, and governance rigor that real hospital environments demand.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No AI background needed — just deep experience in healthcare data governance and a sharp eye for data quality.

- Apply your hospital data governance expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to health data management, clinical workflows, and compliance frameworks
- Assess whether AI outputs accurately reflect real-world standards for healthcare data accuracy, security, and regulatory compliance — including HIPAA and related frameworks
- Identify gaps, inaccuracies, and unrealistic assumptions in AI-generated healthcare governance content
- Provide structured, expert feedback that helps AI systems better understand the complexities of clinical data operations
- Draw on your cross-functional experience working with clinical, IT, and compliance teams to evaluate nuanced, real-world scenarios

- Experienced in healthcare data governance, clinical data management, or health information operations
- Strong working knowledge of healthcare privacy, security, and regulatory frameworks — particularly HIPAA
- Familiar with the realities of aligning data policies and workflows across clinical, technical, and administrative stakeholders
- Detail-oriented and methodical — you spot inconsistencies that others miss
- Able to evaluate complex healthcare scenarios and communicate your reasoning clearly in writing
