Crossing Hurdles is recruiting adults in Canada who currently work in an eligible commercial industry. Record your own authentic routine work on site with a compatible smartphone and head-mounted phone holder, keeping every first-person video clear, steady, and well lit. The schedule is flexible, and the rate is $16 USD per approved recording hour.

Choose your province or territory and describe your present work and recording equipment truthfully. Once the application is saved, follow the confirmation-screen setup without skipping steps and begin recording when it is complete. Assessment continues after submission, and qualified applicants may receive further instructions.

Record independently and in person at the eligible Canadian workplace you described. Use a steady first-person view, clear lighting, and framing that shows both your hands and the complete task.

Confirm that you are actively working in an eligible industry at an active commercial workplace and that you have a compatible phone and head-mounted phone holder. You must obtain the holder at your own expense. The headband purchased through the link on your thank-you page is reimbursed after 10 successful hours.
