About the role
Time Commitment: 5-10 hours/week, short-term project
micro1 is looking for Spanish-speaking adults to help evaluate and improve AI systems that answer questions about government services. You’ll read sample questions and answers in Spanish and English and tell us whether the wording sounds natural and is easy to follow. Your everyday experience is what matters. No AI, translation, or technical background is needed.

What You’ll Do
- Read sample questions and answers in Spanish and English.
- Tell us whether the wording sounds natural, clear, and easy to follow.
- Point out words or phrases that feel confusing, stiff, or like a bad translation.
- Give honest, specific feedback in your own words, and suggest simple changes.
Who We’re Looking For
- Spanish-dominant or fluently bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Recent personal experience with a US government service or document
- Comfortable with basic online tasks, such as filling out a form
- Clear, honest feedback
- US-based
Nice to Have
- Living in a rural or smaller community.
- Experience helping family or friends with a government service or document
