Gen Ai Data Annotation Analyst

Position Overview:
We are looking for detail-oriented Chinese Language Specialists detail-oriented Freelance AI Trainers – Audio to support high-impact Generative AI data annotation projects involving PII identification and content risk assessment on raw audio inputs.
In this role, you will listen to and annotate raw audio content to identify personally identifiable information, assess risk signals, evaluate AI-generated outputs where applicable, and apply detailed project guidelines with precision. You will help create high-quality ground truth data used to train and improve advanced AI models.
This is a flexible, freelance engagement suited to individuals who want project-based work rather than a fixed weekly schedule. It requires strong listening comprehension, mature judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment where guidelines may evolve frequently.

Transcribe Chinese audio recordings into accurate text.

Review, correct, and validate Chinese image/text.

Analyse and write clear ,Chinese descriptions or annotations.

Follow detailed task guidelines for transcription and annotation.

Proofread and ensure high linguistic and contextual accuracy.

Meet daily productivity and quality benchmarks.

Language Requirements:
English: Minimum B2 level or above
Chinese : C1 or C2 proficiency (advanced reading, writing, and comprehension required)

Candidates must demonstrate CEFR C1+ equivalent proficiency in their working language (English or the applicable Chinese language). Bilingual proficiency is not required for this role.
Proficiency is required in:
Listening / Understanding (primary requirement, given the audio-based nature of the task)
Reading comprehension (for guideline interpretation and task instructions)
Basic written composition (for annotation notes and escalation of edge cases)
The role requires the ability to understand nuanced spoken language, accents, cultural context, idiomatic expressions, policy-sensitive language, and subtle differences in meaning conveyed through audio.
