What AI training work is
AI labs need people to write example answers, check and rank what their models produce, record speech, label data and try to break models safely. Platforms recruit this work as freelance or contract roles, usually paid by the hour. General roles pay less. Roles for lawyers, doctors, engineers, PhDs and native speakers of in-demand languages pay much more.
Where the jobs come from
- We read each boardEvery listing comes from a platform's own public job board or careers feed.
- We re-check every hourWhen a role closes on the platform, it comes off this site within about an hour.
- No paid placementsWe don't accept paid placements in the job list, and we don't copy listings from other aggregators.
- You apply on the platformEvery role links to the platform's own posting. We never take applications.
Since 20 October 2026 we've tracked 4,236 roles from 41 platforms; 26 of them have since closed and been taken down.
What we add
- Where you can live: countries each role is open to, taken from the platform's data or the posting itself, with a note on where the information came from.
- Comparable pay: stated pay converted to US dollars per hour where the posting allows it.
- Other details: hours per week, experience level, languages, qualifications, screening steps, equipment and how you get paid.

How the site is paid for
Some apply links are referral links: if you join a platform through one, the platform may pay us a fee. It never changes your pay, the order of the job list doesn't depend on it, and every job also has a plain link without referral. We never charge job seekers anything.
Read the full referral disclosure.
Before you apply
- Real platforms never ask you to pay to apply, buy equipment from them, or move money for them.
- Expect an online test or a short AI-led interview; many platforms pay for longer assessments.
- Check that the platform can pay you where you live (PayPal, Stripe or Wise availability varies by country).
- You are usually an independent contractor, responsible for your own tax.
